never asked her to start paying installments. Every check she sent at random, unsolicited times, is uncashed and not deposited. We will return these checks to her. She evidently remains confused about the whole billing and collection process and what my office was trying to do on her behalf. At this junction, consider her account closed. If she gets any correspondence from our collection company consider it wayward. We have asked them to cease and desist. My office has written off her balance. Again, I cannot speak for other providers involved in her case--the hospital, the anesthesiologist etc. That is a separate situation beyond my jurisdiction or concern. Everton A. E[redacted] MD
