Date: February 3, Case [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: Customer has received payment for all figurines in 'completed transactions' sold during 4th quarter per [redacted] tracking # [redacted] The package required a signature for deliveryThere were figurines in transactions which were not completed by the end of the 4th quarter, so those will be paid at the end of the 1st quarter Sellers are not paid until the transactions are complete (payment schedule on this page of our site: http://crystalexchange.com/consignment.htm ) This page of our site explains our commission, so any seller can mathematically calculate the prices that the buyer paid for the figurineshttp://crystalexchange.comiconsignment.htm There are no unsold figurines to returnSincerely, [redacted]

Date: February 28, 2016 Case [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: The client did not accurately represent the SCS Elephant figurine, so it is being returned to her, using the address she supplied when the figurines were listed, via UPS tracking # [redacted] , The Elephant figurine was listed to include the correct certificate, but did not include the certificate, so the buyer did not want it. Below is an excerpt of the listing to show she stated it included the certificate: ( DO1X931 SCS Endangered Elephant, Limited Edition, Logo:Swan, Certificate:Yes, Stiaker:Yes List Price is: 300 ) We could never conclude the sale for the 1997 ornament as the buyer's credit card could not successfully be billed for the charge. It is being returned to her via UPS tracking # [redacted] . Payment for the 3 SOLD figurines is in the same box as the 2 returned figurines. Those transactions were concluded January 26, 2016. Payment is issued after transactions are complete, which can take several weeks: [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I am not satisfied with this responseI did receive a check for ornaments sold but did not receive an accounting of what these items sold for and the commissions paid The business supplied a broken link with commission rates asking me to make my own assumptions as to what these items sold forAgain, due to the poor customer service I've received, I do not trust the integrity of the companyI was informed that all ornaments had been sold but was given no information as to what the amount due is to me and have been told I'll have to wait until after quarter end to receive payment or any information regarding these salesThat would mean payment would be received in months if the company kept their word which does not mean much at this pointThis is unacceptable to meI requested immediate paymentI think this request as well as having an account of what my items sold for is perfectly reasonableIt is unacceptable to me that the company would not make a good faith effort to make this right as I've requested due to their glaring deficiencies in handling my account and the poor customer service I've receivedI do not feel in any way comfortable with this complaint being closed until, at the very least, payment has been received by me and the check has actually cleared

I placed an order and it was supposed to be send in weeks - to date nothing was received I have been charged I have e-mailed them several times and called and left messages with no response Today I called and their phone said their mailbox is full

I shipped in April of 2013 several pieces of [redacted] to Angie . To date I have received four checks and I have had to call and e-mail several times before she will send a check. She isn't a verry good business person.
