CRYSTAL FUEL IS WELL AWARE OF THIS.Crystal Fuel has once again sent *** *** a copy of his receipt, this time it was sent certified mail with a signature required The receipt will in fact reflect that the correct amount of fuel was delivered, with a date, time and gallon stamp printed from the truck.TO DATE, NOTHING IN MAIL MAIL HAS BEEN RECIEVED BY CRYSTAL FUEL.To further discuss this issue with *** *** is pointless, just as the many repeated harassing phone calls he made to the office As far as Crystal Fuel is concerned the correct and full amount of fuel was delivered and no further oil will be given on this ticket The delivery is complete.THE *** OF CRYSTAL FUEL WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO COME TO MY HOME ON THE DATE THE FUEL OIL WAS DELIVERED (MARCH ***, 2015) WHEN WE SPOKE IN LENGTH AND HE WAS INFORMDED THAT I DID HAVE A VERTICAL TANK. THE *** OF CRYSTAL FUEL REFUSED TO COME TO MY HOME ON THE AFOREMENTIONED DATE BECAUSE IT WAS OBVIOUS HE WOULD HAVE WITNESSED THAT THE DRIVER "DID NOT DELIVER GALLONS" OF FUEL OIL. I WAS SHORTED GALLONS ($175.00) AND CRYSTAL FUEL WAS PAID FOR IT. THE *** DID NOT RETURN ANY CALLS TO ME AFTER THE DELIVERY. "IT IS" A VALID POINT THAT THE *** OF CYRSTAL FUEL DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. *** *** can contact the *** ** *** *** *** to obtain verification of current meter inspection.IT MAY BE NECESSARY FOR THE AUTHORITIES AND THE Revdex.com TO HAVE ALL THE CRYSTAL FUEL TRUCKS RE-INSPECTED. THE METERS MAY HAVE GONE OFF AFTER THEIR ORIGINAL TRUCK INSPECTION DATES.I HAVE SUPPLIED CRYSTAL FUEL WITH OVER $12,IN FUEL OIL DELIVERY ORDERS AND SO HAVE THE DOZENS OF PEOPLE THAT I HAVE REFERED TO THEM THE LAST YEARS.I AM ASKING AGAIN FOR CRYSTAL FUEL TO DO THE RIGHT THING; AND DELIVER THE GALLONS OF FUEL OIL OWED TO ME OR RETURN $TO THE *** ** *** ***

 I have been a customer of Cystal fuel and always paid on time , and always paid "cash".     As I stated in my "corrected statement" ,submitted to the Revdex.com and Crystal fuel, "the amount in my vertical tank was measured to be 10 inches which is 51 gallons , prior to delivery.  I measured after delivery on March [redacted], 2015 and it read 26.5 inches which is only 165 gallons.  It SHOULD have read 215 gallons.  (horizontal and vertical oil tank charts were provided to [redacted]) I did not recieve any ticket in my mailbox at any time.  I spoke with the Crystal fuel woman [redacted] that takes orders for oil on March [redacted] and she was not cooperative in accepting my complaint.  I asked to speak with the Cyrstal fuel [redacted] and was transferred to him.  I explained my situation to this [redacted] and explained to him I was shorted 50 gallons and this was a value of $175.00 at the Dept. of Social Services rate and I was not currently employed and that the tank read 26.5 inches which in a vertical oil tank means 165 gallons.     The Crystal fuel [redacted] said that I must have a horizontal tank in which 26.5 gallons would be 165 gallons.  I explained to the Crystal fuel [redacted] that my oil tank was not bone dry, I had measured my vertical tank , (that I have owned and measured for 25 years ) prior to delivery which was 10 inches which is 51 gallons, my vertical tank measurement of 26. 5 inches is 165 gallons.   My vertical tank should have read 215 gallons.   I asked the Crystal fuel [redacted] to come over to my home and I could show him the readings and he refused.   The Crystal fuel [redacted] said he would mail me a copy of the fuel truck ticket, it never came in the mail.  I called 3 more times over the next week to attain a copy of the truck ticket and explained it wasnt recieved.  The woman at crystal fuel told me to not call them anymore or she would call the police, would not let me speak with the [redacted] and slammed the phone in my ear.   This is when I spoke with the [redacted] and explained that out of 575.00 of fuel oil that Crystal fuel was  supposed to supply me, only 400.00 was delivered.  [redacted] recommended for me to report the matter to the Revdex.com and my complaint is on record with the [redacted].  The is no proof shown by Crystal fuel that their truck(s) meter was recently inspected.
 I would have not gone to [redacted] to complain if I had gotten  the cooperation from  Crystal fuel that I thought  I would get after almost 6 years of providing them with consistant business.   I am not the first complaint on file with [redacted] or the Revdex.com.  I was treated with disrespect from the Crystal fuel [redacted] and I was also threatened with police by Crystal Fuel once I made a valid complaint to them.  I was treated like a stranger.
I am requesting Crystal Fuel to deliver the remaining 50 gallons that "they were paid" to delivery (175.00) to my home; or return a credit to the [redacted] office of 175.00 so I can have another company deliver it.

[redacted] has been a customer of Crystal Fuel Oil since January 2010. He has received a total of 29 deliveries since then from Crystal Fuel Oil. Thirteen of those deliveries were purchased using cash or credit card, sixteen deliveries were through public assistance.On March 24, 2015, a...

delivery was authorized and made through public assistance. A receipt was left in the mailbox of [redacted], as it has always been in the past. The delivery was for 165 gallons. The receipt left reflected this with a date stamp, time stamp and gallon amount printed on the ticket. The truck is registered with NYS and the meter has a current seal with the [redacted], as required by law. The seals are checked on a regular basis by Suffolk County. Once the ticket is inserted into the meter, the truck cannot be driven until the ticket is stamped, printed and removed.[redacted] called to state he did not get his receipt. He was advised that it was left in the mailbox, he could not locate it. A second receipt was mailed to him at his address.[redacted] in his own statement of the problem, admits that he measured his tank before and after the delivery. The measurements as stated by him were 51 gallons prior to this delivery and 215 gallons after delivery. Therefore, the amount of 165 gallons that was authorized for delivery was in fact the amount delivered. (215-51=164)

Review: I have been a customer of Crystal fuel for 6 years. I was supposed to get a [redacted] ([redacted]) fuel delivery of 575.00 (165gals) to my house on March **, 2015. Crystal fuel only delivered 115 gallons. No ticket was left in my mailbox and this is the first time this happened. I called Crystal fuel and the [redacted] was defensive and said she had the ticket and then she said she wanted her [redacted] to speak with me. The [redacted] tried to convince my I had a horizontal tank and was measuring wrong. I told the [redacted] that I have been living in my home 25 years, measured my "vertical tank" and it read 51 gallons prior to the delivery and only 215 after the delivery, and that I am an engineer and know how to measured reading on my vertical tank. He refused to come to my home. I told him I was shorted 50 gallons (175.00). The [redacted] said the ticket would be mailed to me. Over the next 6 days, I called three times, and I still did not receive a crystal fuel truck ticket. I went to [redacted] and they advised me to file this complaint against Crystal fuel as their have been several submitted against Crystal fuel and they would not release my account to crystal fuel until the matter was resolved. I called crystal fuel again and found they did not do any investigation of their equipment or driver, the [redacted] was very nasty to me and said I wouldn't get anymore oil delivered and not to call again or crystal fuel would call the police. She then Slammed the phone in my ear! Crystal fuel seems to have a history of ignoring customer complaints and threatening customers with police when they are confronted with a legitimate complaint.Desired Settlement: I am seeking Crystal fuel to deliver the 50 gallons I was shorted, or credit back $175.00 to [redacted] so I can have another fuel oil company deliver my fuel oil that [redacted] paid Crystal fuel to deliver to my house. Again, the [redacted] is monitoring this situation.
