Ordered this software for some office projects I needed to get doneGetting the software installed is a complete nightmare and I wasted a couple days with their support as well as my internal IT team trying to get it to workI get you are trying to protect your product, but the work that needs to be done in order to get this installed is ridiculous if not impossible
Also, I requested they send me a physical disk containing the softwareIt is a CD and they charged almost $to ship it and when I had to return it (at my own expense), they refused to refund the shipping and "handling"They also failed to refund the tax on the first request (about $45.00)I had to go back to them and ask that the tax be refunded as well, which is a standard practiceDid they think I would not notice this?
Shop elsewhere...there are comparable products for a LOT less out there
I just wanted to say that I bought the PowerPlugs Ultimate Combo from CrystalGraphics in September and I couldn't be more satisfied with the product suiteI love the templates subscription that comes with the purchaseBoth the selection and the quality of their templates are outstanding and of professional qualityI have used different templates from CrystalGraphics in presentations I've personally given since then and they have all gone very wellAnd the 3D transition effects plugin that comes with the suite is a guaranteed audience pleaserReally! All I have to do is click the mouse and I always see everyone's eyes light up with pleasant surpriseGreat way to break the monotony of boring presentationsI did call their customer support both before and after the purchaseThey were very professional and helpful both timesThe first time was just to ask questions about the product before I bought itThen afterwards I called to ask for their recommendation about what folder to save my templates intoI've had nothing but good experiences with the companyI would buy from them again
