I had Crystal kitchen do my kitchen ,what a mistake.Jay the salesman gave me quote and did the mesurement , I was quite impressed how he presented his work and spoke very good English which made me believe he understood what I wantedHe measures the kitchen times though we made few changesIt was all good till he brought the kitchenThe measurement for hood range was not center, kitchen sink was cut off centre and the sink would not though he got all the specs for sink,god fan ,fridge and the dishwasherEverything went wrong.hw knew we ordered 36" fridge, he even went with us to ckeck the fridgeHe gave 36" opening for the fridge,we forced the fridge in the panel bulgedEvery time we asked him to make changes or fix the problem it was not his fault and wanted more money, it took more than months to deliver the workWhen time came to deliver the doors we waited weeks and again few doors were missingFinally when the doors arrived, he sent his father to intall the missing doors I wasn't home, but husband wasMy husband had to leave for a family emergency and told Jays father that he will back soon, if I'm not back please lock up and I will come by your office and pay the balance tomorrowWhen we returned home we found the he stolen doors which was already installedWe had paid him $and total quote was $When my husband asked him what happened to the doors , his response was you owe me money the doors are mine just for $he he removed the doors I trusted him and left my whole house open to him to finish the workI have gone elsewhere and got the doors paid way more because I lost their trust I believe they are thieves
