Consumer did purchase new tires, there was a miscommunication between the counter staff and the technician, the tech assumed the
customer didn't want his tires as they were nearly wore out, according to the tech, and put them in the recycle bin, after the customer contacted me about the issue and told me what had happened , I apologized and said I would find something comparable to what he had and give back to him, 2weeks later I was in contact with him and let him know I had found some tires for him, and to bring along the old ones so we could compare, he did not bring the old tires in, but I showed him what I had and he said 3of the were ok but one had irregular wear so he didn't like that, I said if he wasn't in a hurry I would keep looking to see what I could find, he was good with that , we've been in contact off and on, and I told him I was still looking and haven't forgot about him, he was ok, then we receive a letter from Revdex.com regarding this, sad to hear it came to this , as I was in no way ignoring the consumer, nor were his emails blocked, the tire business is slower in the summer months so it was harder to find some tires that I thought would suit him, now that its busier, I made a deal to take a set of tires on trade , so we could get this issue resolved, I would like him to bring the old tires in so we can compare , I have yet to see them myself

after I did as I said I would do from the beginning and provided proof.
