Prescription refill issues
I am having a reacurring problem getting my prescription refilled.
Just want my prescription filled with out issues
His prescriptions are being refilled according to our policy and the pharmacy's policy. He is asking to have them refilled early which we are unable to do with the type of med he is on. Even if we did refill, the pharmacy would refuse to refill. We were unable to refill until it was due which was 7-31-19.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They are lying to you. I will call for a refill one week prior to running out just like they told me. Evey time they use the same two excuses. One my doctor is gone for the rest of the week. Secondly they tell me that they have to get a on call doctor for approval. I filled a complaint twice now with ***. She did absolutely nothing about it. Just said that she would look into this issue and doesn't contact me back.
