Awful
The 1 star is because I cant give a ZERO
WHERE TO START worst experience in my life they were rude sold us delivery of wrong product wrong color. Lost or sold a boulder we picked out tagged several wraps of marking tape. Didn’t tell us until morning of delivery. Brought a boulder 3 times the size and price overcharged delivery? Rude spoiled son of owner runs the place. Spent $3,300 asked them to fix the wrong product delivered a $200 fix retail they refused and told us they were kicking us out in 10 minutes. I hope I can post pics I ordered brown they delivered red and lied said it was brown just dusty it rained and was even redder. Disgusting people. Read reviews seems others r having the same issues. Changed delivery 3times

There was a typo in the first sentence, the word "mad" was suppose to be "made" If one reads the sentence, it will be obvious that the word "made" fits accordingly in the sentence The driver was not "reprimanded" - however, we do communicate with our drivers and listen to them in order get a better picture of the entirety of any given situation As originally stated, [redacted] was "made" aware that all product was to be dumped together at the time of delivery and edging and fabric should be picked up due to possible damage that can occur in the truck (edging can bend when being dumped and happens every now and then) All deliveries for edging and rock are made this way, the customer always has the liberty to pick up the edging if they choose toThe homeowner, [redacted] ***, is entitled to his opinions However, we run our business fairly and do our best to handle a bad situation if and when it occurs As previously stated in our original response, our office tried to solve this customer's complaint and advised him to call the owner because the owner is the only one who can make the decision to replace any kind of material or approve credits However, the customer refused to call the owner In any case, the homeowner, [redacted] ***, did sign for the ACCEPTANCE of delivered goods, see the document attached to our original response.I propose that this case be closed Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response...I accept that the case might as well be closed, but the following statement from them is a lie:" [redacted] was "made" aware that all product was to be dumped together at the time of delivery and edging and fabric should be picked up due to possible damage that can occur in the truck (edging can bend when being dumped and happens every now and then)." Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I paid to have this 1/ton tan river rock deliveredIf you would like to send a truck to pick up the rock and refund both the price of the rock plus the delivery charge that would be fineI believe a partial refund for the rock would be the best way to settle thisI have already brought a sample to the store, if you would like to send someone to inspect what you delivered please make arrangements with me Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The statement copied next is absolutely not true(My wife and I were shocked to see how the materials were dumped as if they were being dumped in a land fill.) "The homeowner was aware that all product was to be dumped together at the time of delivery and edging and fabric should be picked up due to possible damage that can occur in truck (edging can bend when being dumped and happens about one in so many deliveries." If this were true, why did they want to see who the delivery person was so they could "reprimand" that person? They also stated that the homeowner was madVery trueI signed for the materialsWhat might I have done, demand that the woman who drove the truck that dumped the materials (several tons of rocks on top of pieces of edging) pick it all up and take it back? (I noticed that she was in a hurry to leave.) The two rolls of landscape cloth were not buried and not damagedThey are the only things that could reasonably have been refused and returned. This business acts as if they have a monopolyThere attitude is very different from other businesses in this community Replied, [redacted] ***

The homeowner was mad aware that all product was to be dumped together at the time of delivery and edging and fabric should be picked up due to possible damage that can occur in truck (edging can bend when being dumped and happens about one in so many deliveries Also, tried to solve customers complaint but he refused to call the owner who would of been the only person who could settle this customer's problem Regardless, the homeowner, [redacted] ***, did sing for the ACCEPTANCE of delivered goods, see attached document
