Review: Went for eye exam and received new lenses and frames in January. I paid $310 out of pocket because insurance covered the rest. It's been almost 2 months and I can't get my health insurance reimbursement because they refuse to submit services to insurance company. Visited on 3 separate occasions and every time they claimed it was done but no record of it with insurance companies. Claimed to have called insurance companies on 4 separate occasions and no record of that with insurance companies. Every time they say it's resolved another week goes by and they claim they have to wait another week.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for $310 whether from insurance or vision place. I would have never brought these glasses if I knew it would take this long
