Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I am encouraged to read that
MrM*** accepts full responsibility for not following through on his
original agreement to refund my payments.
However, MrM*** put in writing almost a year ago his plan for
refunding those payments, which I made to him in good faith. Clearly he has not kept to that plan.
Therefore, I would like to
know what will be different this time, and why I should feel confident that
this time I will indeed receive the full reimbursement. I think this is especially pertinent because in his letter he says he "hopes to get back on track with payments within the next days."
I also request a full
schedule showing when the money will be reimbursed. If MrM*** intends to do so in a series
of payments, I request a precise list of when each payment will be received,
and how, including the 8% interest he promised in his initial agreement to refund my payments
I also want to know what will
happen if this schedule is not met
Finally, Crystal Lite Solar
received a letter from a lawyer, which was sent by certified mail in July (2014) to the address listed on the Revdex.com Website. It was returned “unclaimed” to that
lawyer on July 28. I would like to know how and why
that happened
Thank you
Regards,
*** ***

working these out to the best of my ability, and hope to be able to get back on track with payments within the next 60 days.I will reach out to her personally this week, with the same message.Sincerely,Manfred M

Review: My compliant against Crystal Lite Solar is about delivery. My frustration with this company has been paramount. I signed a contract with this company on June 10,2013 to build a ground mount solar power system for my home.I have always been interested in solar power and reducing my carbon emissions to make the world a cleaner place for the next generations. The contract said they would start July 15,2013 and finish Aug.31,2013 with a 20 day grace period. After many excuses they did not start until the beginning of September, which was a violation of their contract.

One thing that made this investment appealing and doable was the fact that the state of Pennsylvania was giving a rebate of .75 cents per watt of the solar system. In my case that amounted to $4290 rebate. The state had at the time of signing the contract over 3 million dollars in the fund. The rules of the fund were that the solar system had to be completed before a rebate would be paid and that when the money in the fund was depleted or the end of 2013 the rebate program would end and not be renewed.

To make a long story short, after a dozen broken promises to finish the solar system, as of Dec. 31, 2013 it is still not finished. I have sent the company owner many pleas to finish the solar system and reminded him how much money was left in the Pa. rebate fund. On Nov.24, 2013 the Pa rebate fund was depleted. Now I will not get my $4290 rebate from the state. This company had plenty of time to finish the job before the rebate fund ran out. The company is 4 months late in finishing my solar system. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. This company does not care about taking care of the customer.

Also this company’s web site says that they are Revdex.com accredited, they are listed, but not accredited.Desired Settlement: Finish the job within a month and discount the Pa state solar rebate off final cost.

Dear [redacted],

Review: In 2013 I signed a contract with Crystal Lite Solar to install and service solar panels at my home. I paid a downpayment of $2,323 in March of 2013, and a second payment of $11,615, in May of 2013. The work was never done, and deadline after deadline was missed, violating Crystal Lite's own contract. On September 22, 2013, Manfred M[redacted], the principal of Crystal Lite, wrote me a letter releasing me from the contract and stating that he would repay me. In follow-up emails, he agreed to a payment schedule of $1,000 per month. I have received only the down payment and another $1,000, that last arriving in November of 2013. Since then he has promised more payments but done nothing. And despite repeated attempts to reach him, he stopped replying several months ago.Desired Settlement: Since no work was ever done, I believe I should receive a full refund, plus the 8% interest Mr. M[redacted] himself offered to pay. I have documentation of all of the above.
