The check was reissued to the client on October **, however,  it as well has yet to clear and has not been returned to us by the postal service.   Customer received the $500 check mailed to the same address.  I understand the client is not satisfied with the outcome, however, she was paid in full for her claim based on the valuation option selected.   No further refunds or credits will be issued. Nancy Z[redacted]Oz Moving & Storage, Inc.Tel:  ###-###-#### Ext. I have not been financially compensated for the repairs to the chairs as well as the vacuum. I spoke with their representative, Allison, on Friday. She said she forwarded the photos to HR who would be in servicing the professional packers. She claimed that the most they would give us is $500.00 (which to date we have not received). $500.00 does not even pay for the repairs and the insurance we took out has a $1000.00 deductible. Had OZ Moving Company not incorrectly packed the belongings in the first place, we would not be having to deal with insurance and repairs. We would like, at the very least, for OZ to refund us the money for the packing job. We paid for what was supposed to be "professional packers" and this did not happen.

We are unable to locate [redacted] box. However, we are aware the item has been reported missing and will return the box to [redacted] in the event it is located. In the interim, we have paid [redacted]'s claim based on the declared valuation.
