Terrible company and terrible people. Not *** friendly at all. Please ignore the random, fake 5 star reviews on here that all of a sudden appeared (and I can explain why they magically appeared, read on). Amy and the random guy who all of a sudden started working for her (her son AJ) are money hungry, anti *** and extremely condescending. During my contract with this company, I had to Move to Texas for the ***. Amy authorized multiple repairs exceeding the allowed amount without notifying me. She stuttered and stammered and didn't have her story straight when confronted. She said details about my house that were completely wrong (year it was built etc) and had no clue what she was talking about. All of a sudden this condescending elitist AJ was managing my property when I never heard of him before. Here is where it gets good: I PREVIOUSLY LEFT A REVIEW ABOUT MY ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY AND AJ TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT ASSIST ME WITH MY PROPERTY UNTIL I DELETED THE REVIEW. yes you read that right. He would not fulfill obligations on my contract until I deleted the review that had nothing but FACTS. He literally threatened me multiple times over the one star review I left this company. If you'd like to see proof, please send me a message because I kept all of the emails because I knew they'd deny it. Luckily, I no longer do business with them (they ended up keeping my reserve account money too STEALING). All of these fake positive reviews appeared right when I was having the argument with the unprofessional and dramatic AJ over my review. Please look elsewhere y'all. This company isn't worth the stress and money you'll lose. If they treat out of state *** that way imagine how they treat others. No thank you!

To give this company one star is way too generous. We are currently renting from this company. We are half way through a two year lease. The hot water heater broke the first week we moved in on our wedding day. Our out of town guests had to find other places to get ready. No apologies or reduced rent. Just a bunch of excuses. A year later we are still fighting with them to replace it. It works intermittently and we were told by a real plumber not the fake repairmen they send out that it is way past it's life span. Anything that has needed repair has been fixed cheaply and most items have broke again. The owner of the home showed up without notice and verbally assaulted me screaming and threatening that he was going to have us thrown out all because he wants to sell and since we do not want to buy this house he wants us to move. We offered to do so if they gave us our $5100 deposit back. You can guess how that went over. Since the end of May, they refuse to respond to any emails/calls.
Crystal Pines Property Management Team at Keller Williams Partners strives to provide good service to Tenants and Owners alike. Even in situations like this where there are 7 children and 2 adults in the home and the hot water simply is run dry. As Tammy notes, repairs are done and things break again with that many users in a property.
The home is 3500 sq ft. with 5 bedrooms, and 3 ½ baths. The Maintenance guy that serviced the hot water heater, did not once mention that it was due to the amount of people in the home. In fact multiple work orders have been put in where no one had even used the hot water prior to the water heater going out. A total of 10 work orders have been put in for the hot water heater and the same response. "The issue is intermittent". "It's the wind that blows out the flow vent system." Not once any mention to the number of people in the home. The one time that a certified HVAC tech came to look at the hot water heater they recommended a switch be replaced, or a new water heater be installed. This obviously was too high of a cost for the company and nothing has been done since. This was the middle of April. This is the kind of service that we receive. Poor. Rent from this company at your own risk.
My husband and I have never been treated worse than by Amy, she was completely rude and I would never recommend this realtor to anyone in he future.
This couple was not able to provide verification of their income and when I suggested that a letter from their employer or bank statements would be acceptable, they decided I was not being very helpful.
