Review: I ordered online and paid by check$167.15 for 14 Deluxe LPs/cassettes to CD @ $10.95 ea plus 3 duplicate CD copies @$2.95 ea
and $5 standard shipping and handling. My check has been cashed and I have not received the returned LPs or cassettes.
The company acknowledged the receipt of my 14 LPs.Desired Settlement: I would like my ordered delivered or my 14 LPs returned and my money refunded.
Review: I ordered 2 CD's from Crystal Record Transfers. I provided a record and they were suppose to transfer the music from the record onto the 2 Cds. I placed the order in early June and after a few email messages was told that my order would be ready by June 26th and that I would receive a USPS tracking number. I never received my package OR a tracking number. I have emailed Crystal Records Transfer numerous times with no response today.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money and my dad's original record returned to me, as it is priceless

My complaint has been resolved, I have finally received my package and original item.
Review: ordered the record transfer service--august 13 2013--rec'd email same day ordered was accepted. used [redacted] service and [redacted] paid136.40--
aug 16 2013------records were shipped ups 8/13/2013--del. 8/15/2013.
records shipped----12 lp's------10 stamps [redacted] quartet-----1 [redacted] singers--1 [redacted] rec'd email-----5-7days business to process--- after completing will be shipped usps allow 3-6 days
that was the last I heard---have sent many emails----made many calls to ###-###-####----no answer--left recorded message each time.
[redacted] sent email and no response.Desired Settlement: if cannot supply the service-----please return records
the records are very little in value----but belong to my 85 yr old uncle who playes piano on all records and mean very much to him,
they were recorded in the 1940s and 1950s.
