I want to preface this review by saying I work in customer service so I like to think of myself as a patient understanding customerWith that being said , I have never in my life dealt with a company that was so rude and disrespectful to its customersI have no idea how they stay in business I dropped off several items to get dry cleaned and when I went to go pick them up, a pair of khaki pants were covered in yellow stainsIt looked like a chemical liquid had been dropped on themNo problem , the lady behind the counter offered to send them back to be "fixed" Went to go pick up my pants , and they were still covered in liquid stainsA this point realizing my pants were ruined I asked to fill out a claim formI was told they "don't believe in them, but a manager will call you to discuss it"I never got a phone callStopped in several more times, only to basically be told I was out of luck At this point, I don't even care about the pants anymore, they were old and I don't really know if I fit in them anymoreI ask if I can at least get refunded the money I payed to have them ruinedapparently the counter help is not allowed to give refunds eitherI've written e-mails to the company hoping someone , anyone would get back to meNo diceI basically paid to ruin my pants and was not offered even one apology by anybodyI will be telling everyone I know in this Valley not to use them
