refusal for service
I hurt my knee and my neck neither at work. I called for an appointment they asked how my knee was injured I said I have no idea it just started to hurt. They asked if I fell or hit it, I said I fell at work about 11 days earlier but that has nothing to do with this, they then declined to see me. I stated I am not claiming a workplace incident I am in pain and looking for care. No mention of my neck. I was declined to see a doctor, declined medical care. How is this legal? How is this ok? Side note I have full health coverage and have been going to crystal run for years, I even had workplace injuries in teh past which I was never asked about

Long wait and not responsible
During the Covid time they want people to wait outside the parking lot. and Call them from the parking lot. So I did. The lady does not confirm with me with phone number and assuming they can call me with the number they had on the file. So 10 mins after my appointment time I called them to ask about how long I have to wait, the lady responds to me they had already check me in, and she will go ask the dr and also took down my new number, told me to call in another 10 mins if no one call me. So I called in 10 mins later since no one call me on my phone, the lady said they been calling me 6 times (on my old number) and Text me (on my old number) I doesn't answer (of course you guys call the wrong number) and claim the doctor can't see me anymore, so I was waiting there 1 hours for nothing. I am freaking piss at this office, they are not being responsible on what they did and claim that was my fault because they can not reach me (with the wrong number they been contact and not even confirm with me at the beginning) I will not attend to this office ever again! I will look for other dr.'s office Crystal run healthcare not on my list anymore!

What gets me Ticked
Tick bites this summer are even more aggressive. My sister and I have been bitten by ticks on multiple occasions this summer. What remains the same between the cases, is the total disregard of the medical profession. A few months ago, Crystal Run in Middletown failed to provide my sister with the proper dosage. Not even a week later, she began having issues with her head- from migraines to staying focus. At first, she thought that somehow she needed glasses- the headaches may have been from visionary responses. Yet, the thought that the issues were tick related were more prevalent. So at her second visit with the Crystal Run Healthcare Facility in Middletown, there was quite a scene of unprofessionalism. They were harassing her for a spinal tap. They wanted her to go to the hospital, but that was out of question- especially during pandemic season. Nonetheless, of the tests taken were a CAT Scan- which showed no brain swelling - and a blood test- which results never came back.

Now, she's struggling to get the proper medication again for a tick bite- however, at the Newburgh branch. I'm sure that this incident will result in a negative review.

Regarding my experience with this situation- I went to the Middletown Crystal Run Facility. The doctor kept pressing me to have a skin check. No I don't need an old man to look at my body for ticks that I know damn well aren't there. He said that he could call in a nurse to attend if I wanted. The answer is still no Dr. Pivantovsky- if that's even how you spell his name. Yet, after time I was able to receive a prescription for the CDC recommended dosage of Doxycycline.

My one question is, with a heavy tick population- why is it difficult for people to get the medicine that they need to prevent a serious disease from occurring? Why because there are doctors in the healthcare system who bank on your misfortune and look forward to your next visit. If people do not act towards the well being of their patients, then they do not deserve to be doctors.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Wanted to leave NO STARS, but would not let me! Do not care about patients wellbeing at an cost. I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy about 5 months ago. I was seeing Dr. Ma...Sleep Specialist, who first prescribed me with a medication that did nothing but make things worse in many aspects of my every day life. So after discontinuing that medication she put me on an antidepressant, which ended in complete disaster. Things were bad before, well now they are 100 times worse...can not even get out of bed some days. When I do I am nodding off most times. Almost fell onto hot grill at work because I started to doze, but luckily caught myself. Fell in bathroom and hit my head on tub as result of nodding off while standing there. Just to mention a few episodes which I had mentioned to her and her fix was...SORRY I CAN NOT TREAT YOU. Very disappointing to say the least! Thought Doctor's were supposed to be there to help people...not discriminate you and your medical condition!

Went to Urgent Care in MiddletownWas initially seen fairly quickly as they weren't very busyWaited close to an hour to them be seen by a doctor or a PANo explanation as to why it was taking so long or when I might be seen Final straw was when another patient was seen by a PA/MD after being there about 5-minutes

Every interaction with Crystal Run is a painful one From extremely long wait times in the waiting room to failure to report test results in a timely manner, I have lost all faith in this business And that's really all it is anymore This business funnels millions of dollars into new facilities and is now even outsourcing its own staff to other interests Instead, they need to invest more in patient care If they can't even get that right, how can they justify expanding their poor practice? Whenever I make an appointment, I am routinely seen over an hour after my scheduled appointment When you work two jobs and people depend on you for other obligations, this inconvenience is profound And their billing department is equally horrendous I was charged almost $for labwork that should have been billed to my insurance company On one occasion, they started billing me for services my father (who shares the same name) utilized! It's scary that they could even possibly do this Crystal Run Healthcare is all about the money Don't let them tell you otherwise

Dr meka in Monroe was appointed to be my primary care physician. I went to her last week because I thought my hernia returned. I had surgery on it 5 years ago.
Aftwe speaking with the nurse the doctor soon came in to examine me. After stating I didn't have a hernia she seemed completely unconcerned with my problem and stated that it was something I ate. Right from the moment meka came in she was annoyed and obviously had a problem of some sort. Doctor leaves and then the nurse comes back in with this odd look on her face and when I mentioned how cold the doctor was to me she apologized and said Dr was having a bad day and to give her another chance. I think NOT. I don't take chances with my health and I'm not giving Dr meka another chance to make me feel like an it.

Horrible surgical experience with an arrogant, uncommunicative, negligent, dismissive "doctor" then no follow up post op care...I am still limited, dealing with stabbing pain and badly swollen 7 weeks out and they just do not care - this practice is beyond irresponsible...I have attempted to get assistance from management and even the CEO's office to no avail. Complaints are being filed with The Office of Civil Rights, NYS Dept. of Professional Misconduct and for HIPPA violations with the hospital. Seriously reconsider getting involved with Crystal Run Healthcare because they do not care about your health, safety or wellbeing.

Terrible health careDoctors are so rushed there is no way possible they can be giving a patient good careYour lucky if you will get ten minutes with a doctor, and you can tell their sole focus is to get to the next patient Money making machine, not patient centered careIf we continue to go to these types of places we all hold some accountability in this type of healthcare (or lack thereof) continuing

I go to an MD at Crystal run every 3 months. While he is good, the prescription process has been messed up EVERY time for the last 2 years. I cannot get thru to anyone to resolve the problems. I have spoken to the MD and he reassures me that the problem is being fixed. Its still happening!
I have also had problems with their lab.
