Review: On 12/17/14 I purchased a $250 gift card for my sister and her husband to use at the resort. Due to an unfortunate and personal unexpected situation my sister will not be able to use the gift card. I called the very next day on Dec 18th to cancel and get a refund, the desk clerk could not help but said a manager would call me back, no one called me back. The next day (Dec 19th) I call again and they tell me that they will not refund me for the $250 gift card.

My sister got married here in Feb 2014, my parents probably spent close to $50k on the entire wedding weekend. We had a great time, the wedding was amazing but this is ridiculous. You cannot refund me for a $250 gift card... seriously?!?! Never giving them another ounce of my business. Money sucking, unprofessional business practice - I am no longer a Client.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $250 for the gift card that I cannot use.
