I find it very threatening that anyone can post on the internet with any reason and be able to make public with...

insufficient reason. Not only do I find it threatening, I find it very threatening that this is not known by reason before it is posted by Revdex.com only by 7 days of response.  I am responding and want anyone that reads this to be informed.  This time has shown reason to have doubt of bad companies, bad performance and many scammers in my industry for sure.  I hear it all the time that people don’t call back or don’t work in professional ways in response, or conducting their business in a professional way.
But that is not me, not the company I have built with good standing, practices and kept that most important in the way I run my business. Yes, I am a licensed to screen, represent as agent to buy and sell and manage properties, as I have for 22 years.  I am very proud of my going by the rules; Ethic is and has been my first concern.  I have never had a complaint, and so I am sending all to show why I denied this potential renter.  The complaint by [redacted] is not justifiable, and proof here is in my response within the Oregon statues, my disclosure and the Insufficient Employment History.  [redacted] visited my home where I conduct my business, and yes I am and have been and proud to be working out of my home, because I work hard and am a home based business, this does not make me a not recognized as a “not a business” I find that very insulting, and he says I didn’t call his former employer…. He didn’t give me his former employer’s info, as you can see on the application.  And when he said “here you want more money” I want you to exclude all applicants and let’s just go forward” is a bit demanding that I told him I would not do.  I told him, he was first to apply, but would let the others have opportunity.  I feel he seemed domineering and gave his application respect just as others.  Please see my response to him in which he agreed getting when I called him yesterday.  I am only doing my job, and yes I understand there are a lot of scammers, but I am not one of them.  I work hard to keep my reputation and respect the highest of all in the industry.  I am not a scammer, I will not come and go and take advantage of people, and in fact… I’m just the opposite… and will show that in my every day purpose and my proven trail in business.    Please know I am here and will always be, want references of happy renters, applicants and investors, no problem… they are many, and I am proud to hold ethics and good practices as my base for business.  The proof of income history is why I denied [redacted] and Co applicant [redacted].  His sole proprietor business of software business was not documented in any way I researched.  He claimed income that was not sufficient.  His proof of income was by self-1040 form and not proven by any public record of business, only filled out 1040 form not credible of sole proprietor proof.  I found no self-explained business that gave me proof of income for future solitude to base my criterial needed and or proof of business in general.    By my disclosure that is seen here that I was representing my client in their best interest.  It’s not about money, it’s about proof of income, and that is why I denied and sent denial letter to email and first class mail, in which he agreed getting. Please see attachments. Shawn M[redacted]Crystal Springs Realty

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  For one thing you printed the first page of my application which included my drivers licence #...That is not acceptable.  Also the same page clearly has my landlords number on it.  She neglects to mention a government self employment filing was also given to her.  She also neglect to say that bank statements showing 40,000 in liquid was given to her.  The is not a buisness.  You can call her for days and it only goes to her voicemail (which sometimes is full) and messages are not returned.  Instead of calling me and telling me my application wasn't approved, she waited 6 days and then sent me an email with no explanation.  You will be hard pressed to find any reputable property management company that works out of their house and operates like this.  She is a bold faced liar and tells half truths as she did in her response.  As I said beware....Sincerely,[redacted]

Please read the screening disclosure Mr. [redacted] signed, and letter dated Aug. 4th. I have followed all requirements and stand by my company and performance.  I am sorry he is  having problems finding a company that will accept him.
