Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Please ask the business owner how many visits his ‘unlicensed plumber’ made to our home ‘try’ and correct the leaks caused by his installation (4x), and the issues were never fixedNext, ask the business owner who the licensed plumber he’s referring to is (it’s a friend of the unlicensed plumber) who was asking to work when it was convenientto himNext, ask the business owner what he did to clean our home after that unlicensed plumber cut himself and bled throughout our homeFinally, ask him how manymessages (text, emails, etc.) he ignored when I asked for all communication to be in writing once we determined that taking him for his word (verbally) was a mistake. The fact that he’s even inferred that his firm left our ‘equipment’ in satisfactory condition is a jokeThe photos attached to the original complaint prove that pointIn terms of the damage resulting from their work, perhaps a lawsuit with the inclusion of his initial email stating that his business is covered for such damage (question we initially asked when he stated his ‘handyman’ was not licensed) will rectify the matterIn no way shape or form has his company done what they said they would, or fixed the issues it causedI want every dime my family paid for this work returned, as well as the costs associated to fixing the issues caused by them (estimated to cost us an additional 350.00) Regards, [redacted]

Please ask the business owner how many visits his ‘unlicensed plumber’ made to our home ‘try’ and correct the leaks caused by his installation (4x), and the issues were never fixed. Next, ask the business owner who the licensed plumber he’s referring to is (it’s a friend of the unlicensed plumber) who was asking to work when it was convenientto him. Next, ask the business owner what he did to clean our home after that unlicensed plumber cut himself and bled throughout our home. Finally, ask him how manymessages (text, emails, etc.) he ignored when I asked for all communication to be in writing once we determined that taking him for his word (verbally) was a mistake. The fact that he’s even inferred that his firm left our ‘equipment’ in satisfactory condition is a joke. The photos attached to the original complaint prove that point. In terms of the damage resulting from their work, perhaps a lawsuit with the inclusion of his initial email stating that his business is covered for such damage (question we initially asked when he stated his ‘handyman’ was not licensed) will rectify the matter. In no way shape or form has his company done what they said they would, or fixed the issues it caused. I want every dime my family paid for this work returned, as well as the costs associated to fixing the issues caused by them (estimated to cost us an additional 350.00).
