Mid I started communicating with Aspen Dental in Taylors/Greer SC about becoming a new patient.  I emailed several time with the “office manager” Michael M [redacted] .  During all those email conversations, I never spoke to him on the phone.  He was always rude, sarcastic and unprofessional in my opinion.    I had a bad feeling about the office because of him but because they had Saturday and late night appointments I continued onFirst appointment was Oct 2016.  I did not like the way I was treated.  No one was friendly or welcoming to me.  The dentist treated me as if I had never been to the Dentist.  The billing female treated me less than as well  I honestly feel this entire office discriminates people for whatever reason, stereotypes people and picks and chooses who they want to come to this office.    This should not be the office manager there.  He is a liar, rude unprofessional, uncaring, sarcastic and treated me unfairly.  His entire behavior is unacceptable and there is no excuse for it.  If he treated me this way, others could have been treated this way and did not report it.
