[redacted] called for a pickup in the afternoon of Jan.***She asked if she could get same day service and was told we would try our best as we were very busy due to the coming stormWhen [redacted] called that evening for a delivery she was told that her laundry was done but that she would have to wait for a delivery because the driver was busy at that time in another areaOnce the driver got to the laundry to pick up her order he called [redacted] *** to let her know he was coming but she did not answer her phoneTherefore he left to deliver other orders as it was busyWe didn't hear from [redacted] again that eveningInstead she called the driver (***) at ***He explained to her that he was already in bed asleep and he would call her when he wakes upHe called her at [redacted] when he awokeShe said that she was already at work and it would have to be delivered this evening at*** [redacted] delivered her order at * and when he got there she waited for [redacted] to put her bags on her porch and then told him she has no money right now and that he should let her have the order for free since she didn't get it last night as requestedHe told her he could not do this and took her clothes back to the laundryShe called [redacted] again the following day for a delivery again and said she had money this time [redacted] delivered the clothes; [redacted] paid for her order, her and [redacted] shook hands and he left, then a week or so later he got this complaintHe was very surprisedHe had no idea she had any problem other than the fact that she didn't get it back the same day and that was partly her fault for not answering her phone or calling the laundry back after missing our callShe is a new customerThis was only her 2nd time using us

Review: January**, 2015, I contacted the Laundromat at [redacted] and informed them that I wanted to get the pick up and delivery service. I informed the worker and delivery worker that I need the clothes for the same day. I was told that I would have my clothes delivered on the same day. They advertise that they provide free pick up and delivery, same day service. I called them at [redacted] to check on the status of my clothes, I was told by the worker that my clothes should be delivered to my house about an hour and a half from that time. I waited, no clothes were delivered. I again contacted the Laundromat at [redacted], no clothes and no one answered the phone. I waited. I finally called the number that I had from the delivery person at [redacted]. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my clothes not being delivered and nobody called to notify me of my clothes not being delivered the same day. He said that he would deliver my clothes. The next day at [redacted] he called and said that he would deliver my clothes in 10 minutes. I informed him this was inconvenient for me, he can deliver after I come from work. I came from work and called the delivery worker at [redacted]. He said that he would deliver my clothes and he was busy. I informed him that I need my clothes and reminded him of the fact that I was suppose to receive the clothes yesterday. I called the Laundromat as well. I contacted the Laundromat and delivery worker multiple times. Still no clothes. I informed them that I would not pay full price for bad service and false advertisement. The worker verbalized agreement and I texted this to the delivery worker as well. At [redacted] the delivery man came and only placed 2 out of my 3 bags inside of my gate. I told him to place the bags there and I would pay him. He then took my bags back inside of his truck and said I had to pay him first. I told him that he has to place all of my bags inside of the gate to complete the delivery. He disagreed and returned my two bags from inside of my gate to his truck. Unsatisfactory.Desired Settlement: Prompt return of my clothes in good, clean condition and discount and/or refund for the inconvenience this is causing.
