In this case the customer originally purchased classes from us for a total of $518.00, Excel Ieveil &level running Mar 9th & 10th The Excel level class got cancelled, we informed the customer ofthis on Feb 19th which gave the customer days in which they could have requested a refund for Excel Ieveil which was not cancelledThe customer requested a refund for both classes on Mar/2016, and we refunded the customer $for the cancelled class (takes 5-business days toprocess)However with the notice they gave us to cancel Excel Ieveil it falls outside of our companies refund policy which is clearly stated on our website when you register for our classes.Our refund policy is as follows:All registrations are fully refundable, up until two weeks prior to the scheduled class startIf, for any reason, you end up being unable to attend your class or need to cancel with less than twa weeks before the scheduled class start, please let us know and we will be happy to give you a credit nate far the full valueThe credit nate does nat expire and can be used for registering in any of our future classes.We offered the customer a credit with our company far the full worth of the class or they could still attend the classShe refused bath options saying she wanted a refund, we explained to her once again that due to our refund policy she is nat eligible far a refundThe customer then said she was disputing the chargeWe waited until the day of the class to see if the customer would attend, when the customerdid nat attend the class we sent the customer their credit code worth the full value of the class, which the customer did responded to therefore did receive the creditWe Crystal Training have provided the customer with a refund to their credit card for $and gave the customer a credit with ourcompany that never expires worth $for a total of $We have followed our companies policies.I have included in this document the original purchase receipt, the copy of the refund receiptand the credit code givenIf there is any ather documentation you may need from Crystal Training please let us know and we will get it to youMeghan Crystal Training

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My complaint required the business not to contact me again with unsolicited spam faxes. Their response does not state that they will comply. Furthermore, they are in violation of the law by sending unrequested faxes to anyone. The Revdex.com should publicize this behavior to compel them to stop harassing people in this way. Regards,*** ***

If you can't demand compensation, please demand that I receive no further contact of any kind from this firm, and make public that they violate the law on unsolicited faxes and the rights of consumers and businesses.

I signed up for a 2 day course that was supposed to take place in August of this year. I registered for the 2 classes at a cost of $543.90 (each day course was $259). The day I registered for these classes was the day my [redacted] was charged which was aprx July 15, 2016. I received an email on Aug 8, 2016 informing me that the classes were cancelled due to low enrollment and did I want to either go to another city to attend the classes or have a refund. I requested the refund. After several emails and phone calls I FINALLY received a credit on Oct 17, 2016. The refund was not for the full amount. The credit I received was for $531.93. No where did it state that they would take a fee for cancelled classes which wasn't my fault anyway. Not once in the many times I spoke with someone on the phone or via email about the refund was it mentioned either.
If you're thinking of registering with this [redacted] organisation I suggest you do yourself a favour and DON'T DO IT!
