Very good they find what you want

I've booked 3 return flights with Crystal travel on two different occasions, and I have to say they are very good.
They sent everything vie email very quick as both bookings were done within 4 days of departure.
They helped with the visa and even though I was given the name and number of the adviser I didn't need to call as everything went smoothly.
Highly recommended.

It was an excellent booking experience with Andy from Crystal Travels. He listened to all my queries and answered them patiently. I was given a better price than I had requested and I would definitely recommend Andy and Crystal Travel to all my friends and family.

I've booked multiple times with Crystal Travel because of their sharp prices and deals and can really recommend them. Underlining their customer-oriented approach, a very helpful member of their team (Dean) was able to change the date on a ticket for which I'd inadvertently booked the wrong date. Although I did contact them within a few hours of booking, I believe this wouldn't have been possible with many other travel agencies.

Good site, easy booking. Had doubts as I have never heard of Crystal Travel but was recommended I use cheapest flight. Can't cancel but that's my fault.... do research first on airlines and luggage allowances!

Not happy about SAS. Wish I did my homework first but hey ho we live and learn. Taking 2 pieces of luggage with me, hope they arrive at my destinations ok. Even with the extras, the chosen flight is cheaper as my direct route has sold out on my chosen dates.

I found crystal travel to be very good value for money, of which was almost unbeatable in the travel market. My son did the booking for me as I was at work. I would reccommend Crystal Travel to anyone as I have never had any problems with their service or recieving my e-tickets. I also had a chance to talk to 2 of the customer service agents, which provided excelent customer service and went out of their way to help me find a flight. Thank You Very Much for your help as it is always appreciated. It took less than 24 hours to recieve my e-ticket, as the transaction was almost instant. Once again I give 5 stars for Crystal Travel. Thanks.

This is my second time for this year to buy an airline ticket in Crystal Travel and the staff was very polite. Yesterday I spoke to one of the staff, her name was Sharon and she was very nice and she answered all my query. This day I spoke to Ashley and he's the one who attends to me for my final decision for my Ticket. He's nice as well. And the most important was the Ticket was cheaper compared to the other travel agency. Actually, I've known this Crystal Travel through my friend.

Review: We were solicited to attend a Crystal Travel Club presentation with the promise backed with certificates 1 for a seven day Caribbean cruise and 1 for the airfare. We attended the presentation and the certificates turned out to be a scam. A woman actually went to Ft. Lauder dale to go to their office which didn't exist just a mailbox. No one in the complex ever heard of either company. It turns out that the company with no offices has an F rating with the Revdex.com. We drove for an hour and a half 75 mile for the presentation. We told Bob that we had a timeshare and couldn't afford both. He said if we bought the travel membership he new a real professional who would sell the timeshare for us usually within 90 days and we signed up with Travel Services International for $199.00. We spoke with Jim at TSI and he assured me he would be able to easily get $15000 for it. So we signed up for a $3500 package with Crystal Travel the smallest package. Bob told us if we didn't buy one of the packages it would be unfair to his other customers that he was selling timeshares for through TSI. Which is why we bought the smallest package. It turned out the free gifts were a scam and Crystal Travel said they are not responsible because Sunrise Travel, the award company was a separate company which is ridiculous. Why would a solicitation company solicit attendees and not get reimbursed somehow by Crystal Travel. We did not get any awards the timeshare deal never panned out we bought a membership for $3500 from Crystal Travel which we have never used because we feel that anything we do with this company would be another scam. Take my advice stay away from all these companies; Crystal Travel & Sunrise Travel. It seems like they are all working together to take advantage of people with promises that never come true. By the way they told us they were A+ with Revdex.com, but failed to mention under Travel Services LLC in Las Vegas where they do no business but are not listed in California where they are doing all of there business.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the original purchase price of $3542.99. Crystal Travel recommended that we sign up for a Barclaycard which was offering 0% on purchases for 15 months which we have been paying an average of $35.00 and it comes due in full May 2014.we are going to Barclay Bank to ask them to charge back this charge because of the reasons that have been previously stated.

Review: On January 1, 2013, my wife and I attended a travel seminar put on by Crystal Travel. As part of the advertised incentive to attend the seminar, my wife and I were promised a complimentary airline voucher for two to travel anywhere in the continental united states and 2 free nights stay. However, at the conclusion of the seminar, we were informed that Crystal Travel was out of vouchers, and we were instead provided with a letter stating that within one (1) week of the date of the seminar, the voucher would be mailed to our home.To date, the voucher has not been mailed, and Crystal Travel refuses to return my calls and inquiry regarding the matter.Desired Settlement: I would like Crystal Travel to honor its promise to provide the aforesaid voucher and have the same mailed to my residence within one week.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9601175, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I attended a presentation on May 20, 2013 at the Crystal Travel location in Westlake Village, CA. I did not purchase the travel products offered at the presentation. As I did not make a purchase, I was given travel vouchers that I had to buy coupons to go with as gifts by an employee named [redacted], Project Director, Ph: [redacted]. I have gotten a refund from the Redemption Center in El Cajon, CA for the coupons that totaled over $100 that I bought to try to redeem the voucher that I got for travel through the "gift" associated with the El Cajon Redemption Center because they did not follow through. Similarly, the other outfit that I purchased a $150 coupon to accompany a 'free' travel voucher given by Crystal Travel also has not followed through. The address of that outfit is Atlantic Travel, [redacted]. I can find no business of that name in SC when I look online. I am attaching a copy of my money order in the amount of $150 for the voucher that I bought on May 22, 2013; a copy of the USPS certified mail receipt that shows that my money order and paperwork, which I am also including here, was received by the outfit in Johns Island, SC on May 25, 2013, and [redacted]'s business card. And employee at Crystal Travel in Westlake Village told me by phone on June 6, 2013 at 3:37 pm Pacific Time told that the place in SC had 45 days to send me my travel information. Today is Business Day 47, that is, July 15, 2013. I have received nothing. That is why I am filing a complaint. I want a full refund of my $150 money order.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $150 money order that I bought on May 22, 2013 and which I am attaching a receipt for, as well as USPS receipts and other accompanying paperwork.

I am rejecting this response for the following reasons.

This lady called me at approximately 8:05 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday July 18, 2013 at my home in San Pedro, CA at ph number 310 684 1715.

She tried to give me the number of the entity in S.C. I refused for the following reasons.

First, I had already asked for the number twice and Crystal Travel employees failed to give it to me.

Before I mailed in my paperwork and payment to the entity in S.C., I called Crystal Travel and tried to get a valid phone number for them. I could

not find one online. I could not even find a business in S.C. that had the address and the exact name of where I was to send my paperwork and payment.

I was told by Crystal Travel's employee--the Canadian gentleman whose business card I included in my complaint, [redacted]--not to worry because I did not need a

phone number.

I also asked for the phone number of the entity in S.C. on Thursday, June 6, 2013 when I spoke to this lady by phone at the Crystal Travel office

in Thousand Oaks. I called at 3:37 p.m. Pacific Time. I asked about the phone number and when I would be getting my travel voucher.

She told me to wait 45 days and refused to give me a phone number.

She also tried to give me the phone number on Thursday evening, July 18, 2013 by saying that she could not call for me since I was not a member

of the Crystal Travel "club."

In fact, the only reason that I got the voucher information and the chance to get a travel opportunity through the entity in S.C. is because

I am not a member of the Crystal Travel "club." The opportunity to pay $150 and to receive a vacation was what I got for not joining the "club."

Next, she kept calling the entity in S.C. a "marketing company." I was told when I visited Crystal Travel on May 20, 2013 that the S.C. company was

a travel agency. Not a "marketing company."

This lady also told me conflicting things on the phone on July 18, 2013. She told me that the entity in S.C. must have sent out the voucher, but

that the USPS had delivered it to the wrong address.

But she also told me that there must be a "glitch" in their system that prevented them from doing what they were supposed to do on time.

Finally, she hung up on me when I asked her to comply with Revdex.com protocol and to respond to me in writing and to let the Revdex.com see her response.

She also claimed that she did not see any of my supporting documentation. She seemed a bit upset when I tried to give her the USPS receipt number

that showed that the entity in S.C. received my paperwork at 11:59 a.m. on Saturday May 29, 2013.

I would appreciate it if Crystal Travel would either offer me a prompt refund or would contact the entity in S.C. and get them to do it.

As I noted under separate cover, that is exactly what the Rewards Center in El Cajon did when I complained to them about their changing

their story mid-stream after I sent them about three certified USPS mailings to try to get them to deliver on a similar travel offer that I received

to travel with them since I did not choose to become a member of the Crystal Travel "club."

Thank you for helping me to resolve this matter.

Best,

Regards,
