Review: Order latex and mylar balloons for birthday and latex were deflating that evening emailed and called for a refund and was told not possible but we could come in for more balloons or flowers. Why if balloons deflated after a couple hours would you want more and if this happens with balloons how reliable would flowers be? We were told latex balloons do not hold air long but we also got latex balloons from [redacted] that day and they are still inflated.Desired Settlement: Refund amount back on card that was charged.
