Review: I scheduled to have a full detail on my vehicle. When I scheduled, I had to give a $50 deposit to be scheduled. Upon dropping off my vehicle, he asked for full payment. I gave him the full $150 as I had been referred to him from a friend and trusted him. When I returned to pick up my vehicle 6 hours later, the owner was no where to be found, shop locked up, my keys inside my wet vehicle and it was only washed. I called the owner, he advised something had come up and he couldn't finish the job. He said he would finish at a later date. I tried to schedule to have it completed 2 other times with no response. At that point, I continually have called and texted the owner to get a refund with no response. I even have text messages confirming he didn't finish it and agreeing to give me my money back. Unable to get in contact with him at this point - called 20 times and been at shop 5 times. So frustratingDesired Settlement: I paid $150 for a full detail and only got my vehicle washed, which the owner even acknowledged - I deserve a refund - this is unacceptable!
