Do NOT use this company! ***, the Director of Operations, is rude and impatientThey will give you the first service call "free" but expect that tech to come back with "you need a new well" when in fact you probably don'tSo they send another tech to come the next day to fix the well and was shocked to find that the well was not found from the first techHow did he know I needed a new well when he never even looked at it? They will send another tech to actually dig to the well to determine the problem only to do a temporary fix with a bill! Then when your well no longer works, again, because of their temporary fix, they will come out and say you definitely need a well but you probably still don'tAll they want to do is sell you a wellGo with another company, get a second opinion!
Just to get Service done correctly with this company is just impossible. I just had maintenance work done today, every 6 months (as I always do) to make sure it's working 100% correctly. The sprinkler heads aren't popping up as they should. I wanted the grass removed from around the sprinkler heads and they refused to do it.
