Crystal Waters

Review: I was supposed to have a delivery to my apt and this water company claims they made the delivery, however it was not to my apt. Not only did someone receive my delivery and is not returning it, I've been getting the run around from this company with empty promises of call backs from the route manager and driver about this delivery. They keep promising re delivery but nothing happens. This water is for my one year old son and I can't stress enough how important it is to receive this water. My complaints have gone to deaf ears and their customer service in this particular situation is horrible.Desired Settlement: Replacement of water and others products that were supposed to be delivered.
