had someone from crystal windows coming and inspecting my windows. Their response was that some air has to come in and windows are fine. When we purchased these windows, we were told that they are energy efficient. My bills for [redacted] have tripled if not more. Please see some pictures of what happens in the winter. I know that we were cheated. Crystal windows wanted to charge $150 just to come in and look at my windows, but after arguments and prove that I have this issue since day one, they came in for free. Please let me know what can be done. Review: When we were purchasing these windows, were promised energy saving product. Windows are now blowing air inside the house. We get ice accumulated inside the house along glass and window sills. For first 2 years we were told its condensation issue and should stop at some point. Now, when representative came to inspect them, we were told nothing is wrong and their windows are made to let air in. I was promised the opposite at time of purchase. This causes an extremely high heating bill to compensate for the lack of quality in these windows.

I have pictures showing ice accumulation along windows and large amounts of condensation on windowsDesired Settlement: I would like for them to fix whatever needs to be fixed and reinstall windows properly.

Review: I purchased several windows for my new home. There have been issues from day one. They said they were fixed they aren't they won't get back to us. They leak like a rain forest has ruined the oak trim Sheetrock insulation, just a plain issue. They are going to cause mold to grow which is going to effect my families health. These windows suck in the worst way. I had another window manufacturing company here and they never saw anything like it. It is a brand new house and 16 windows leak. Who ever gave them an award for winning windows must have been looking at somethings else. My families health is in jeopardyDesired Settlement: I want the windows removed by a contractor and news from another company that aren't inferior. I want them to pay for all the destruction and repairs they have caused us plus any health issues we have plenty of pictures and video of it raining inside oh plus a dumpster of [redacted] windows they replaced that were garbage that we have to pay to get rid of any we shouldn't have too. I also noticed other people have the same issues needs to be corrected asap

Review: I purchased 7 new Crystal windows May 2009. All 7 windows have all gone bad. (tops cloudy-seal broken). At first the company told me my warranty had expired (which it had not). They then told me they no longer carry my windows, so I basically was out of luck. After lengthy communication with them via email and phone, Crystal agreed to send me 7 new windows, but charge me a $980 shipping fee. (there is no local distributor in [redacted] anymore). To save the exorbitant shipping charges I asked if I could pick the windows up at their distribution center in [redacted]. which they told me was not possible. I then asked if they would instead reimburse me for the 7 windows so that I can buy them locally (in [redacted]). I still have to pay someone to install new windows. They called me and offered me $800 for the 7 windows. When I emailed them that I would accept their offer, they are now trying to renege on their offer. The communication with this company has been going on since April 2015, and now they won't answer my calls or emails anymore. It has been over 2 weeks since I last heard from them when they were trying to offer me less than $800.

This company has had me jumping hoops the last 2 months. They asked me to send photos of all of the defective windows, which I did. Then they asked me to take photos inside each window of the window stickers, which I did.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed $140 per window. That is $980.

Review: I've replaced ten windows in my house with this company's windows and two of the windows are damaged. They are missing the winter weather strips on one side of the window...

I've called over thirty times the company and requested if they could please service the damaged windows, and every time I called, different people picked up the phone, but they all transferred me to a voice mail box, which start's out with "please leave a message", but then says that the mail box was full..Desired Settlement: Provide a Service Technician to fix the broken windows.

However, I got it resolved by going back to the local store where I purchased it, and they requested to have the missing parts delivered to their store. It was delivered to the store the past Wednesday and I picked it up on Friday...

Review: I purchased 14 new windows from an agent for CRYSTAL WINDOWS . The purchased was at the end of July 2015

Now in December **, 2015 and after only few months, the windows glass has a major stress crack on the glass. I called the customer service and unfortunately I was told that their process will take between 2-3 weeks to process my request. Today the temperature is below 15 degree and my little kids got cold and sick because the air coming from the cracked glass windows.
