The bridesmaid order for *** *** was ordered on June 8th, There were other bridemaids who did not come into the store to orderWe did not submit the order with the designer for the one dressThere is only one client involved
in this situation and that is *** *** We did not receive any deposit from any other client from this bridal party other than Ms*** It is usual practice to not submit a bridesmaid order until all gowns have been paid for as separate orders with the designer may risk the chance of different shades of color as each bolt of fabric used may be slightly offMs*** did converse with *** on the status of the order*** did not have Ms*** paperwork in front of her and she may have confused her with another bridesmaid order
Unfortunately it was decided to end the business on July 13th with our closure by July 14th
On the evening of July 22rd I was texted by *** ***I responded to her the next dayHighlights of my response were that the business is essentially bankrupt, we are trying to liquidate our assets, and we would contact her once we are able to liquidate our assetsThis is still an ongoing process and we have not yet found any buyers as of yetIf we are able to liquidate some assets and if there are any other funds after paying our creditors then we will contact Ms*** to offer a refundUnfortunately we are currently not in a position to do soWe are truly sorry for the situation we have placed Ms*** inWe will continue to try to liquidate our assets in the meantime
