Review: I placed an ordered for baptism invitation with Crystal Party. The invitations that were printed were nothing like the sample I was shown when I made the order in the store.The problem is that the name printed on the sample invitation is larger in font sizes than the name printed on my invitations. I spoke to the gentleman who handled my order and told him that the font size of the name in my invitation is different from the sample shown to me. We compared the sample invitation and the invitations printed for me and you can clearly see the difference in font sizes in both invitation.He ignored my dissatisfaction of the final product and stated that there is nothing that can be done due to the fact the invitations are already printed. I asked that if they can be reprinted again with the corrected size font and the answer was no. I told him that what he did was false advertisement because he showed me a product and deliver something else. His response was that I'm making a complaint on something that has no importance. I responded that I expect to get what I paid for, nothing else. I asked them to correct the font size (name print) or return my deposit. When I asked who is the manager, a lady responded "There is no manager."They are now demanding me to pay the rest of the balance and will not reprint the invitations. The total for the invitations is an estimate of $153 and I placed a $79 deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit of $79 refunded to me.
