I did agree to reimburse the homeowner on the conditions he send a copy of the invoice and pictures of the repairs themselvesThe homeowner has only sent a copy of the invoice, but not pictures nor will he allow us to verify the repairs, we have no proof that these repairs have been made on this house, please send pictures per our last responseWe timely refunded the service call, then we recieved a copy of the invoice from other company but not any verification that this work was actually done on this house. Once we get all this we will refund

the another HVAC company was able to repair your unit. If you can provide a copy of such repairs and a couple of pics that show the repair I will gladly reimburse you for that charge as well. I do not pay my technicians any type of commission or bonuses based on the sell of a HVAC system, so whether you replace a system or not our technicians do not not receive any type of money from component replacements. I can assure this was discussed with JD (the technician), this a very serious matter to me, I do take pride in my company as not to be a company that tries to sell systems, I understand in this case it may appear that away, but issue it is not how I run my business nor will it be tolerated at all.I will have my office issue a refund on the invoice charge by C&S Air, inc, and upon pictures and copy of invoice from the company that repaired that unit, we can issue a reimbursement check for that as well.I understand your wanting to go through the Revdex.com to resolve this, but if you would have called the office with this complaint, I would have more than happy to discuss with you and make things right.I do appreciate you taking the time so we can resolve this matter.

Hello is there anyway I can amend my complaint? The company that this complaint was made against promised me a return on my full invoice amount on my service repair as well as my service call fee.  I was refunded the service call fee but they haven't refunded me the invoice fee according to our agreement of resolution of this claim.  Please let me know what you can do so that C&S refunds me the invoice amount as promised.   Thanks [redacted]
