We hired a plumber through Craig Plumbing Contractors, Inc. to relocate our shower valve to another area within our shower. My husband gave him the new Moen shower valve with the box of instructions. The plumber said they were a Moen dealer and he was very knowledgable on their products so we figured the job would be done right. Wrong! The nozzle sticks out from the wall unit 1 1/2 inches! I've seen this shower nozzle in many showers and I have never seen the nozzle anything other that flush with the wall unit. This looks horrible! The contractors plumber didn't take any time to measure the area to insure it would be installed properly. I cannot believe the horrible job he did. If we wanted it to stick way out from the wall unit my husband could have done it himself. In fact, I believe my husband would have done a better job because he's maticulous at the work he performs. We paid the plumber $294.55 and at no time did he tell my husband that he could make the nozzle flush with the wall backing unit. He never said that it wouldn't look like the picture on the box! I feel he did a horrible job...so ugly!
