assigned an ID of [redacted]. The vehicle, a 2015 [redacted], VIN # [redacted], was sold on or about February 28, 2017 to Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted], like any other South Texas Customer, had the opportunity to test drive and inspect the entire vehicle.  It is standard practice at South Texas Buick [redacted] to demonstrate the vehicle being purchased and allow the prospect to determine if it is what they are looking for.  It is after a test drive and demonstration and only if the prospect has decided to make an offer to purchase, that we prepare paperwork.  All our customers are given every opportunity to inspect, review and if requested, to take the unit and have inspected.  As part of our reconditioning process, we take great care in checking and inspecting all our vehicles in inventory and only after these inspections are made by our GM certified Technicians, we determine whether or not to offer for sale to our retail customers. This 2015 [redacted], VIN # [redacted] was no exception and was truly inspected in February, 2017 and no hail or roof damage was found either. We also checked history reports provided by [redacted]® and AutoCheck®, both independent, third party vehicle history publications to verify the vehicles’ history. Nothing negative was found nor reported by these two independent companies. After we learned of Ms. [redacted]’s concerns, we contacted the customer who traded in this [redacted] to ask about the alleged hail damage and they were adamant in stating the vehicle never sustained any hail damage.  Looking at the maintenance history we found this [redacted] to have received all scheduled maintenance services here at South Texas Buick [redacted]. We strive to provide the best customer experience to all our customers and as a customer satisfaction policy we want to believe what Ms. [redacted] is stating and in order to help and assist with Ms. [redacted]’s concerns, we will require: 1.    A written detailed estimate by the Insurance Certified Body Shop Appraiser Ms. [redacted] mentions. 2.    Certified Body Shop Appraiser’s accreditation showing his certification and affiliation. 3.    We will also need to inspect The 2015 [redacted], VIN # [redacted] 4.    A sworn statement from [redacted] stating nothing has happened to this [redacted] while in her possession. 5.    Mileage and usage Log, including destinations, of 2015 [redacted], VIN # [redacted] while on her possession.   After reviewing this and satisfying our concerns, we will gladly offer to repair the vehicle or if necessary, as Ms. [redacted] mentions, to replace it with a like vehicle, or any other trade-in arrangements Ms. [redacted] would like.  Note: As soon as we received this letter, we attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] 4 times during the afternoon without luck to discuss the situation and to help find resolution. We sincerely appreciate the work the Revdex.com does and look forward to whatever the next step is in this process.  We stand ready to help in any way we can so please feel free to reach out with any question, request or concern. The customer had a private agreement with the Sales Consultant for a 2nd tank of gas, not with the dealership.  The customer received other special benefits from the dealership.  The Sales Consultant no longer works for the dealership.  The dealership feels it cannot set a precedent...

by paying for private agreements between customers and consultants.
