hello- ms *** brought back an antique car battery that has a month warrant (because the car sits the majority of the time) she had no warranty papers to prove she purchased it from us, I offered to recharge the dead battery for free
after hr charge the battery showed dead so I offered to make a warrenty for the remainimg month even without the papers said no and came and picked up the battery minutes later she called and said I switched battery even after this crazy statement I still offered to make warrenty we have a family business for yrs and would never risk reputation on one battery *** left battery uncharged for winter and wanted someone else to pay for her laziness then tried to ripe us off by saying we switched battery crazywould never do business with her again

free. after 8 hr charge the battery showed dead so I offered to make a warrenty for the remainimg month even without the papers said no and came and picked up the battery 30 minutes later she called and said I switched battery even after this crazy statement I still offered to make warrenty we have a family business for 90 yrs and would never risk reputation on one battery [redacted] left battery uncharged for winter and wanted someone else to pay for her laziness then tried to ripe us off by saying we switched battery crazy. would never do business with her again .
