SCAM ALERT - This company continues to call my number and mail me "We want to buy your house" flyersI have asked on numerous occasions to stop the solicitations or send them to my RealtorNot only has Colm been disrespectful but he continues to call, he waits a few days and acts as though we have never spoke, he is very condescending regarding his multiple investors and always wants to make a point I am missing a great opportunityI have a realtor, if this company was legitimate they would see it is listed with the MLS and contact the realty company instead of harassing me
This our second home sale with Colm of C&S Homes. The first home sale went smooth and right on schedule.When we had to sell off a second property it was a given that we would be using C&S Homes.Colm is a very caring and profesional making the whole process very relaxed and enjoyable.
C & S Homes, Inc. using a picture of my house to advertise on their Facebook page. My house has not been sold to C & S but misleads the public to believe that it is. I responded with a comment to C & S to remove the picture of my house from their Facebook page but they have chosen to leave the picture up on their page and have blocked my from making any comments to question the status of removing the picture.
