He was great to work with from the time that I set up my home inspection to the time he sent me the inspection reportI was able to meet him at the house for the inspection and go through with him, he pointed out things that may need to be fixed (personal preference items) and things that would have to get fixed right awayhe was quick and efficient with the process from checking all of the light switches to making sure each outlet was conducting a charge, he checked all of the windows and doors that they opened correctly and that all the heating elements worked throughout the houseHe and made sure to point out to me everything that he saw end discussed each thing with meHis pricing was very reasonable and even worked with us on pricing for the inspection! the inspection report that he submitted after the walk through was the most professional and in depth report that I have ever seen! it included details, pictures, references and went above and beyond what I expectedI really enjoyed working with *** and if you have a home inspection need I highly recommend that you contact him!
