My two sons and I stayed at the Hilton Boston/Woburn Hotel from July 19-21 2013. On 8/3/13 we went to our local emergency room and it was confirmed all three of us had scabies. I called the hotel on 8/3/13, I was told a General Manager would call me on 8/4/13. No one called. I called the hotel again on 8/5/13, and again I was told a General Manager would call. On 8/5/13 the hotel insurance company called me and said an agent would call to take my statement. An agent did call and take my statement. The week of 8/19/13 I called the insurance company for status on the claim, I left a message, and did not receive a return call. The week of 8/26/13 I left two messages, I received a return call and was told I would have a decision the week of 9/2/13. I have not heard from the Hotel or the insurance company.
