I hired [redacted] to build a driveway and steps. He didn't finish either and he built the driveway way too steep. I paid him extra to make the step shallower but he did not do what I asked. [redacted] guilted me into paying him before he was done, promising he'd finish. I ended up paying someone else to finish the driveway, and the front steps still are not done.
