After being with the company for one year and loosing phone service 3 times because of technical issues on their end, I had to cancel service with them and go with another carrier. I lost hundreds of dollars because of no phone service, and was not compensated for this. When I tried to resolve breaking my contract with them, I was not even allowed to talk to a [redacted], I was told I broke contract and needed to contact my Lawyer about it. Their customer service and value of doing correct business is extremely poor. CS technologies is trying to charge me $1,000 for braking contract when they made no effort to fulfill their end of the contract of providing phone service! I'm filing this complaint because I hope no other business has to go through this with them.
