C&S Windows

This company failed to give good customer service. It is only one of 2 dealers who represent the company we ordered the windows from.

Our windows are only four years old. We contacted the manufacturer when one of them failed to stay open. We were referred to C & S Windows and the person came out to look at the window. He said that it needed parts and he would have to order them. We didn't hear from him again. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages that went unanswered, I contacted the manufacturer. A day or so later he called to say he would order the parts. I sent him a check and didn't hear back. After six weeks, I called to see what the status was. After 3 phone calls, he finally answered. He said that he had the parts and would leave them in a box outside his shop and gave me the address. I told him that we were thinking that he would bring the parts over to us. He said that he typically didn't "spin his wheels" delivering parts. He offered nothing other than leaving us with the option to pick them up.
