[redacted] had my machine for a couple of months saying he needed to find a part. Finally he said he could not repair it and I could pick it up. I did and took it to a different repair man. He said it did not need a part in that place on the machine and it would be ready in four days.

I ordered a copy of Windows XP Professional for $75.00 from this company. The item came shipped in a brown envelope which I still have and in it was a plain CD. The CD installed Windows XP Professional onto my computer and the Product Key was no good. The Windows XP version would not activate. I called MR [redacted] who is the registered president for this company and he acted like he had no idea what was going on. I looked at www.sunbiz.org and verified that this was indeed he same company that sold me this bogus copy. I have also reported this matter to Microsoft for piracy. I would like my money back. I paid $75.00 for this item and it does not work. I have the original envelope that the item came in as well as the original bogus product key.
