After removing old roofing technician became aware of additional problem
which was not part of first contractWe sent project supervisor to job site
who explained thoroghly to customer, And was authorized to perform
additional work.Customer never notified CSB that they were dissatisfied

 I originally hired roofer to fix what they call a flat roof.When they were here he said that I should go ahead and repair a very small roof on back of house which didn't need to be done but he said while they were here they should put a new roof on it as well.So for the price they quoted I said ok.When it was time to do roofing ,there [redacted] came out and wanted to replace my siding ,put new gutters on ,replace my facia for an additional 3800 dollars.Which would make my origoinal $2300 job now cost $6100.He then said he was going to leave job  when I refused to pay for work that wasn't needed.At Which time they had already started  to rip my roof off.So what other option did I have but to let them put the roof back on.Like I stated in original complaint what work was done was what I originally agreed to no additional work was done for the additional $1800 plus dollars I was more or less forced to pay.Also someone did contact me from csb on 09/**/14 and said they will get back to me tomorrow which would have been the [redacted] .Till today I haven't received the call.I had to estimates done before I hired csb.

Review: received estimate for repair originally company wanted $3200 to do repair which I refused.They then said they could do it for $2300 if I allowed them to advertise and take pictures and that they had a job nearby so it was easier for them to do both jobs and cheaper for me.When they can to do job they striped down my roofs and said they needed to remove some siding to get ice shield installed this was in original bill but they said it will be an additional $1840.00.Which I find very expensive.They also removed 2 vents on roof which they said they will relocate to front roof.When I asked both the vents being installed they said they could not be responsible for it being they are not doing front roof,so they never replaced or installed needed vents.After all said and done roofing job came out to be $4300.00 which I was forced into paying.Desired Settlement: If they originally wanted $3200. to do job which I had previously been quoted by to other companys to do same job for between $2600-$2800.I would like and adjustment to my bill.
