My only conclusion is "IT IS A FRAUD/SCAM COMPANY"
They sent me a bill with a payment coupon "and an envelope" to make a payment on a past due account

Horrible companyThey bought my car loan from another company, somehow didn't get the check I sentI had to cancel and they don't want to refund me the money it cost to cancel the checkInstead, they want to call me and then get rude and hang up on meAll the money they make off everyone and their customer service reps are horrible! They definitely need to invest in a customer service classI don't like getting told the only people who leave reviews are people who don't want to pay their billsOr, I'm sorry ma'm where you at the post office when we received the payment? Lady even if I was there they don't scan checks in at the post officeHorrible companyHorrible people!

This company purchased my auto loan and only gave me notice of that fact two weeks after my auto payment would have gone through They don't even have a secure (https) website to make a payment through! Since then, they have called me every single day, even after they were told the check was in the mail Looking forward to refinancing my loan with a legitimate institution

This company is nothing but a predatory loan companyWe purchased a vehicle through a small dealership in Connecticut with a bank loan, the bank was headquartered in NY but had branches in CT, two years into the loan our loan was given/sold/transferred to CSC Logic without our knowledge or consentWe didn't even know it had happened until we got our first bill and were surprised to see a Texas return address
We have always paid our bill on time and in fullWhen a check we mailed arrived two days late they hit us with an outrageous late fee, and immediately began calling and leaving voicemails threatening to put us into collection if we didn't pay the late fee immediatelyWhen my husband called to clear that mess up and pay our bill online he was told they don't except online payments (in 2016! A company that can't process anything online!), every phone interaction we have had with this company has been nothing short of rude, and unhelpful, several have been downright hostile and needlessly confrontationalWe paid the bill over the phone, then made sure we mailed the check two weeks early every monthWe have not missed a payment sinceWe have been paying extra each month to make sure we got it paid off ASAP - of course every time we made an over payment we would get a bill with a lower and lower payment on it (recently its been $or something silly)Several times we received notices that we didn't need to pay that month (of course, they were trying to trick us into paying as much interest as possible on the loan with these tactics)
Three weeks ago the vehicle blew a timing chain and needed to be scrapped (bad luck for us, but not their fault)We owed about $still on the car, so we called that same day to make sure we got the loan paid off so we could get our title ASAP because we cannot scrap the car without the title (we also wanted to be certain we were paying the correct amount of interest to the penny for fear they would try and use that as an excuse to charge us another month or charge us with some other bogus late fee)Or rather I should say we tried to call that very day, but the phone numbers (2) on our bills were not in service, it took half an hour of googling to find a working phone number for this companyWhen we asked when we could expect to see the title we were given a canned response of "we will send the title as soon as your payment has been processed"
Today my husband called again to find out when we could expect the title - a week, a month? We need a clear idea so we can make some decisions about this dead vehicle that is sitting in our mechanics lot accruing storage feesWe aren't asking for any money, or really anything from CSC Logic at this point but some basic informationWe were told our payment was processed through a full week after we made the paymentAgain we were only given canned responsesWe were told the title is being processed by a different company called "Zero Track" and its out of CSC Logics "hands" nowWhen we requested contact info for Zero Track we were told they have no address, no phone number, no email, and no way of contacting them! I can find no evidence of Zero Track anywhere on internetYup, CSC Logic is such a great business they are doing business with a company that has no address or phone number and no way to be contactedWhen my husband asked to speak to a supervisor they said they would connect him and then it rang through to voicemail
At this point I'm wondering if we will ever see the title at allWhen we paid the loan off two weeks ago my husband predicted we would not see the title until the beginning of this month, which would have been two weeks after we paid off the loanI said it would be at least a whole month, if not longer, based on our terrible experience thus farCSC Logic call center couldn't even tell us how it would arrive - Postal Service, UPS, could they email or fax it, is it being sent via carrier pigeon?
We received nothing but a run around from these people, they have made sure their call center staff is trained to give out no information, to obfuscate, stall and give canned answers to all your questionsI suspect their business model is to buy up small loans like ours and then do everything in their power to maximize the amount of interest and late fees you payIf you find yourself unlucky enough to have your loan sold to this place I recommend you do everything possible to pay it off as fast as possible so you can unentangle yourself with them forever
Of course, if you're already reading this page its likely you found it the way I did, by following the trail of bad reviews and horror stories about CSC Logic across Google in the hopes of finding a useable phone number or better yet a way to report these scam artists and have them be held accountable for their terrible business practices and customer service

I've never dealt with a business so poorly run! Any person 9/you speak with is extremely rude and unprofessional! Everyone I know that deals with this company for their car loan that got bought out by bb&t bank has had nothing but problems when it comes to billing and customer serviceI'm more than sick of having to call over and over and get different responses from different people and then later on (at the end of the month) harassed for payments when it was paid and confirmed in the beginning of the monthA friend and I can use the same debit card to pay every single bill we have but there's always an issues with this companyI am beyond tired of dealing with this matter because I do not want credit issues for I have never had a problem owning any vehicle and/or making payments on time, in full I never had this problem for years or more with the previous loan company making paymentsSince day one it has been a struggle with CSC logic! I am also tired of being treated poorly and talked to like it is our fault when there is all the proof its yours on your end! This matter needs to be resolved or we will have to seek above and beyond to further this matter to a higher up!

I contacted this business to request an explanation as to why I received my first statement and a late notice on the same dayThe customer service representative replied with "Yep!" Then I asked for her name and she hung up on me

We bought a car in July of 2016 financed thru BMO Harris originally. In early November we were sent a letter by BMO Harris telling us that as of November 18th we could no longer make payments to them because our loan was going to be serviced CSC Logic. We were told that we would receive information from CSC about making our payment. We needed an account number, etc. We expected to receive information before our payment was due. NO INFORMATION was received. We called CSC Logic, only to be given an INCORRECT account number by some it! We went ahead and paid the bill like we pay all of they online thru our bank. After we had made the payment we tried to log into the site using the information we were given, that's when we found out the account number was wrong. So we had to call them back and were given a correct version of our account number and were assured by the person at CSC Logic that even though the initial account we were given was wrong that the info that we had enough of the correct account number that our payment would get credited to the correct account. NOT!! We finally received payment information in the mail from CSC Logic late last week. Today when we received a monthly statement that said our account was overdue, I called and ragged on them. Supposedly now they have initiated something to find out where our payment went. In the meantime, my husband gets a call about 30 minutes after I got off the phone with them and they told him our payment was late and needed to be made. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing at this business!! So they're going to get another call tomorrow from us and somebody better have it figured out. We're also going to our bank and even if we have to pay a slightly higher interest rate we're refinancing our car. CSC Logic, is full of incompetent ignorant people!!

I purchased my car last year and about 7 months ago and I financed my car through a finance company that specialized in working with people who are in the process of rebuilding their credit so I agreed to go with the company with a high interest rate with the knowledge that I was improving my credit and with a positive payment history it would put me in a better credit situation so in the end it would work itself out. I received a letter in the mail informing me that my loan had been bought by CSC Logic, Inc. and while doing a periodic monitor of my credit report I noticed that CSC Logic, Inc. was not reporting my positive payment history to any of the major credit bureaus. I reached out to CSC Logic, Inc. on multiple occasions and was given the run around initially and subsequently asked to speak to a supervisor to gain information as to why they were not reporting positively to the 3 major credit bureaus and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and when someone finally picked the phone up it was the same representative that I was told would transfer my call and I was told that I couldn't speak to a supervisor because they were not obligated to report to the bureaus by law and when I tried to speak to someone else to help remedy me I was talked to in a very condescending and nasty tone and was told whoever I got on the phone if I called back would tell me the same thing and that any further attempts would not be successful. I strongly feel that dealing with such company's is counterproductive. I am certain that If I had not paid all of my payments on time they would have reported the negative pay history. I was not given a choice as to whether or not I wanted to use this company and I think they prey on people with high interest rates and will not report to the major bureaus to keep your scores low so they can continue to charge higher rates. No good customer should be scolded for seeking answers from someone higher up in the company and getting nowhere.
