Non-existent customer service
Our auto loan originally through BMO Harris was transferred to this company. The car has now been paid off for nearly two years and we've yet to receive the title lien release statement. Now we have spent the better part of two work days trying to contact the company via the numbers listed, (800) 562-6183 & (800) 562-6184, and no one answers the phone.

As I'm typing this, I have been on hold for 1:16. Unacceptable.

I purchased my car last year and about months ago and I financed my car through a finance company that specialized in working with people who are in the process of rebuilding their credit so I agreed to go with the company with a high interest rate with the knowledge that I was improving my credit and with a positive payment history it would put me in a better credit situation so in the end it would work itself outI received a letter in the mail informing me that my loan had been bought by CSC Logic, Incand while doing a periodic monitor of my credit report I noticed that CSC Logic, Incwas not reporting my positive payment history to any of the major credit bureausI reached out to CSC Logic, Incon multiple occasions and was given the run around initially and subsequently asked to speak to a supervisor to gain information as to why they were not reporting positively to the major credit bureaus and was placed on hold for over minutes and when someone finally picked the phone up it was the same representative that I was told would transfer my call and I was told that I couldn't speak to a supervisor because they were not obligated to report to the bureaus by law and when I tried to speak to someone else to help remedy me I was talked to in a very condescending and nasty tone and was told whoever I got on the phone if I called back would tell me the same thing and that any further attempts would not be successfulI strongly feel that dealing with such company's is counterproductiveI am certain that If I had not paid all of my payments on time they would have reported the negative pay historyI was not given a choice as to whether or not I wanted to use this company and I think they prey on people with high interest rates and will not report to the major bureaus to keep your scores low so they can continue to charge higher ratesNo good customer should be scolded for seeking answers from someone higher up in the company and getting nowhere

We bought a car in July of financed thru BMO Harris originally In early November we were sent a letter by BMO Harris telling us that as of November 18th we could no longer make payments to them because our loan was going to be serviced CSC Logic We were told that we would receive information from CSC about making our payment We needed an account number, etc We expected to receive information before our payment was due NO INFORMATION was received We called CSC Logic, only to be given an INCORRECT account number by some it! We went ahead and paid the bill like we pay all of they online thru our bankAfter we had made the payment we tried to log into the site using the information we were given, that's when we found out the account number was wrong So we had to call them back and were given a correct version of our account number and were assured by the person at CSC Logic that even though the initial account we were given was wrong that the info that we had enough of the correct account number that our payment would get credited to the correct account NOT!! We finally received payment information in the mail from CSC Logic late last week Today when we received a monthly statement that said our account was overdue, I called and ragged on them Supposedly now they have initiated something to find out where our payment went In the meantime, my husband gets a call about minutes after I got off the phone with them and they told him our payment was late and needed to be made One hand doesn't know what the other is doing at this business!! So they're going to get another call tomorrow from us and somebody better have it figured out We're also going to our bank and even if we have to pay a slightly higher interest rate we're refinancing our car CSC Logic, is full of incompetent ignorant people!!
