I have forwarded this on to the branches in Ohio where this complaint originated from. They will get this issues taken care of and update us The St Louis branch is one of branches across the country for CSC

Our Ops Mgr. [redacted] contacted Ms. [redacted] this morning in regards to this issue. After reviewing this issue we will change out the 2 machines in the building she refers too over the next 30 days.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have made no mention of a refund for the money previously taken and they are not reliable so I would need to actually use the new machines and be satisfied by their service before I could accept this.
