Dear Revdex.com: What are '"certain" standards and guidelines'? When do they have to be revealed to the customer? Can CSE change them without informing the customer? We want to know what the 'certain standards and guidelines' were in March and what they are now How does a period of three years complete claim-free account for 'difficult decision' making? Do I get a refund of the premium I paid for that period? Kind regards, [redacted] Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/03/26) */

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/03/06) */
Dear Ms. [redacted], here is our response to the complaint from [redacted] regarding the non-renewal of policy CAPXXXXXXX.
As a preferred market for Commercial Habitational risks, including apartments and HOA's, CSE Insurance has certain...

standards and guidelines for the risks that we agree to insure. If a risk does not meet these standards, we will either decline to offer coverage when it is submitted as new business, or set it to non-renew if we currently insure it. Our records show this policy has been in force since March 18, 2010, and a total of 4 claims have been filed to date from April 2013 to May 2014. Due to this elevated frequency and severity of claims activity, the policy no longer qualifies under our preferred program, and as such, CSE made the difficult decision not to renew the policy and will not be able to offer coverage beyond March 18, 2015.
Please let me know if you require any additional information.

We want to know what the 'certain standards and guidelines' were in March 2010 and what they are now.

Kind regards,
