I’m sure you did through an A to z claim 🙄
Review: I purchased hood latches for my new 2014 jeep. I installed what they shipped me and after a few days with my hood bouncing abnormally, I removed the product and reinstalled the factory latches. I noticed that the factory latches had an insulator that preventing the abnormal movement that I had with the latches purchased from CSE offroad. I communicated to them through email mostly due to my inability to contact them during their working hours. After I returned the product with an RMA provided by CSE they claimed that I destroyed their product and wanted me to pay the difference of a restocking fee to get a replacement set of hood latches. After an unpleaseant discussion with CSE on Friday I agreed to take a refund less the 20% restocking fee. Now I can not get an email back and they have not refunded my money. I have contacted them several times over the past several days. All I want is a replacement product that is not defective or my money back.Desired Settlement: I either want a full refund or the latches that I have indicated to them.
Why didn’t you try a PayPal claim or credit card claim? 🙄
Review: On December [redacted],2015 I bought a set of fender flares for my 1977 Jeep Cj5 from CSE. They advertised that the fender flares fit my car. I received them and after test fit them I noticed they were too big for the fenders. I tried to work out my problem with the seller via [redacted]. They told me I had to pay to return the wrong item which my answer was that it was their mistake and they had to send me a return shipping label. They insisted that they sent the correct part and that it fits my car. I am very frustrated because they do not fit and I am not able to pay for the return so I can get my money back. At this point what it bothers me is that this company will get away with this issue, being the reason why I am contacting Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I will send the flares back as soon as they send me a return shipping label. So they can pay for their mistake and also correct the false listing on their website.
This was your mistake bud.
