Review: I originally hired Fred Hargett with CSF Woods Inc to repair chimney on house, in talking I told him I needed roof fixed and metal roof put on. I told him that I had $6600.00. he agreed to fix chimney, repair roof and pur metal roof on for $6400.00. he was going to do some wood in eves and windows for additional fees after roof was finished. roof never got done. chimney has leaked and ruined drywall upstairs and downstairs around chimney. he tore out insulation, never put it back, busted a hole in ceiling going into attic and never fixed. He was given cash in trust that he would do the work he agreed to do. I have photos, text messages, certified letter, all stating amount of money given to him as well as what he agreed to do. he had a summer of excusses. He never kept his promises and never completed his job. I filed in small claims court and it was dismissed because I filed against his name and not buisness. I just need my money back to fix the damage he caused and get my roof put on. Help me stop him from doing this to someone else that trust other people to be honest. He had an excuse for everything even blaming me for not getting his work done. A roof should be done in one or two weeks even with the small amount of work that he did. Other people need to be aware of this buisness and run the other way.Desired Settlement: I was told that even if I got a judgement in small claims court that I would never get any money back. I would be happy to get $5000.00 back so I couold fix my roof. thats what I paid CSF Woods Inc to do. I would like a cerfified check from this company.
