They essentially took my money without fixing the problem and have refused to refund my money or return phone calls' On Jul 4, they came to my home to fix a running toilet and told me it just needed an adjustment instead of new partsThey adjusted the toilet and said the problem was fixed and how they had saved me from paying $for an $part plus installation chargesThey also said they could not fix an outside faucet leak as the company only replaces parts and that would run $plus laborI should just keep using the bucket to catch the dripping when using the hose as I have been doing, again saving me money A week later we notice the toilet is still running and called the technician who told us he would replace the parts for $and would call us back to make an appointment to do the work He never called back so we called the office to explain what happened and that we were very unsatisfied with their service (!?) and wanted our $service charge refundedWe were
Took days and different plumbers to replace sink/water filter system and garbage disposal
Had to have plumber come out because we were unable to shut off hot water valuePlumber came out on July 6th needed him to replace kitchen sink; garbage disposal and water filter system that we already purchasedWe were told at this time it would cost $to replace these items and since we could not turn off hot water valve ourselves had no choice needed these items replacedWhen he went to replace the new stainless steal sink he could not get it to seat correctly and after several attempts and several hours he began to hammer the sink down to get it to fitThis action caused the counter top to separate from the back splash and also damaged the sink and the water filter systemHe admitted his action damaged both the sink and water filter system and would come back the next day to replace these itemsThe next day after several calls to us stating he could not find a replacement sink
