This is not fair as it only amounted to just over $400 and I owe the state of Michigan $860 for her mistakes. In order to even get the refund of just over $400 she wanted me to sign off that it was my fault this happened. This was not my fault as she was paid to do that. If she will not settle for the $860 I will have to take legal action.
