This company requires a fee to file an application for renting, even before being able to see the property in question I have filled out and paid the fee times in the past years, and they have never gotten back in contact Stating the applications are only good for days, and after that a new application and fee are required I first filled it out and paid in June of for an apartment on 4th st in rome, days later and still no reply I went into their office and was told that property was under construction and to fill out a new application, for a general rental, which would also require another $fee I did so only when they guaranteed that they would find a place within the time frame days later I found my own rental and they refused to return my call Now july 2018, I filled a third one out There has been no return phone calls I called them last week only to be told that the agent in charge of rentals is out, and then I was hung up on when I told that pe
